About
Mrs. Talley was born in Canada before her family relocated to Florida. After adjusting to the major change, she found a love for Florida. Andrea attended Florida State University and eventually moved to Tampa, where she lives with her husband and Italian Greyhound.
Mrs. Talley has a great drive to help others and a personal determination to succeed. At Benchmark International, Andrea works closely with business owners and ensures our clients receive the highest level of service. She consults with clients who are determining the next steps for their businesses and helps to establish a path to achieve their goals.

Prior to joining the Benchmark International family, Andrea worked with M/I Homes, which is where she initially learned how much she loves helping clients achieve their goals. Quite determind and driven, she takes great pride in her gift for listening with consideration before responding to situations, and being open minded but also tactical. Leading and inspiring teamwork is also very important to her.

Passion
Despite having a background outside of mergers and acquisitions, Mrs. Talley has had many personal experiences seeing the effects of this industry. Her grandparents built their construction company from the ground up and worked relentlessly to turn it into a business of which they were quite proud. Her uncle worked in the business, and his plan was to eventually take over. Unfortunately, her grandparents passed away unexpectedly and the proper processes and procedures were not in place to keep the business moving. Because she has witnessed people that she cares for suffer the consequences of having no plan or a bad plan, Andrea has a true passion to help others understand the real opportunities and risks for their business.
