About

William was New Jersey born and bred, where he had a parochial school education that preceded his higher education in Economics. Before his 22-year career in M&A, he worked in financial services including private banking and brokering of securities. He has advised on hundreds of sell-side transactions and 55 buy-side transactions. By working on both sides of the table, he brings a unique perspective to the Benchmark International team. He has also owned three businesses so he understands what it is like to walk in an owner’s shoes. He loves watching an owner reap the rewards of a lifetime of hard work and exiting at a time in their life when they can pursue their dreams.

William owned an M&A advisory firm whose services coordinated with other firms to ensure that owners were matched with deal teams that were the most appropriate given their size and desired outcome. He has fostered hundreds of sell-side relationships and brought in thousands of prospects to the firms he has worked with over the years. He chose to bring that impressive experience to Benchmark International because of our industry-leading reputation.
