An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our established organisation and become an integral member of our Transaction Team.

We are seeking driven and motivated individuals to perform a multi-faceted and report-writing role, as part of a team that manages a portfolio of clients who are in the process of selling their businesses.

 

duties will include:
  • Reviewing notes, paperwork and other literature (including financial statements) regarding business sales, extracting the most salient pieces of information
  • Preparing comprehensive and detailed Business Reports, structured in a manner to engage various types of reader
  • Liaising with clients and internal departments at Director/Shareholder level to gather, review and discuss information required to prepare Business Reports
  • Conduct teleconference, web-conference and face-to-face meetings with clients, as required
  • Fostering good working relationships with clients, remaining professional and courteous at all times
  • Other general duties, as required

Experienced and trainee candidates will be considered for this role. Experienced candidates are expected to have the following:

  • Strong written skills
  • Confidence in communicating ideas and delivering compelling content across print
  • Excellent IT and MS Office skills
  • Good commercial awareness
  • Strong desk research abilities
  • Possess a confident and professional telephone manner

Full training in each aspect of the role will be provided, so previous experience is not essential.
