Business Report Writer

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our established organisation and become an integral member of our Transaction Team.
We are seeking driven and motivated individuals to perform a multi-faceted and report-writing role, as part of a team that manages a portfolio of clients who are in the process of selling their businesses.
duties will include:
- Reviewing notes, paperwork and other literature (including financial statements) regarding business sales, extracting the most salient pieces of information
- Preparing comprehensive and detailed Business Reports, structured in a manner to engage various types of reader
- Liaising with clients and internal departments at Director/Shareholder level to gather, review and discuss information required to prepare Business Reports
- Conduct teleconference, web-conference and face-to-face meetings with clients, as required
- Fostering good working relationships with clients, remaining professional and courteous at all times
- Other general duties, as required
Experienced and trainee candidates will be considered for this role. Experienced candidates are expected to have the following:
- Strong written skills
- Confidence in communicating ideas and delivering compelling content across print
- Excellent IT and MS Office skills
- Good commercial awareness
- Strong desk research abilities
- Possess a confident and professional telephone manner
Full training in each aspect of the role will be provided, so previous experience is not essential.
