Mr. Schicht has 14 years of professional experience in various industries including the automotive, dentistry and recruitment sectors. 

Before joining Benchmark International, Florian held various positions, recently working on the development of start-ups to help them grow successfully.

During his career, which has included positions at the Auto1 Group, DrSmile and VW Retail, Florian's focus has always been on consulting and the associated success of his clients.

ABOUT

Mr. Schicht was born in Frankfurt. After his training in the automotive industry, he worked in sales and helped his customers find the products and solutions they required.
