About the Rankings

Announced league tables include all deals that were announced between January 1, 2024, and December 31, 2024, and of which LSEG Data & Analytics was made aware.

Global Small-Cap M&A deals would include transactions valued up to $50 million (including undisclosed value deals). League tables include rank-eligible mergers, acquisitions, repurchases, spin-offs, self-tenders, minority stake purchases, and debt restructurings.
