Benchmark International successfully facilitated the sale of CoachMatching (Pty) Ltd to SEESA Holdings (Pty) Ltd, a subsidiary of the RMB Corvest Group

Benchmark International is proud to announce the successful sale of CoachMatching (Pty) Ltd (“CoachMatching) to SEESA Holdings (Pty) Ltd (“SEESA”).

Founded by dynamic entrepreneur, Susi Astengo, CoachMatching is South Africa’s pre-eminent high-performance coaching organization. The company combines people with technology to provide solutions that ensure the best ROI with accurate and up to date business intelligence on trends and progress.

SEESA provides labour law and other legal compliance support and business solutions to businesses. Established in 1998, SEESA now has a national footprint of 21 offices across the country, servicing over 30 000 clients nationally, across multiple industries, with their legal compliance and business needs.
