About

Kayte grew up in the small town of Saginaw, MI, where her family was well known, as every woman in her family was a teacher. She considered following in her family’s path, but found that teaching was not for her. She found that she enjoyed working in hospitality and sales because of the human interaction aspect. After searching for where her passion lies, she was drawn into the world of M&A. Kayte loves guiding our clients through the sale or growth of their businesses, making their lives easier along the way. 

Experience

For 18 years, Kayte honed her people skills by working in sales and hospitality. Her honest and straightforward style, coupled with thirst to learn new things, are appreciated by those she works with, as she assists our directors with the beginning processes of M&A transaction. She is passionate about helping people and understanding business owners’ points of view.

Kayte is proud to have run the Chicago Marathon as well as the Skyway Bridge, and she volunteers with Alzheimer’s charities.
