Jessica Gibson

About

Jessica grew in Corpus Christi, Texas and comes from a family of small business owners. While in high school and college, she helped her grandmother run her healthcare placement service, which is where her understanding of and passion for business began. She attended Texas A&M University in Corpus Christi where she earned her BBA in Marketing and was the teaching assistant and marketing researcher for the Dean of Marketing and Management, working with the community outreach department to help foster and execute programs. Jessica has worked within all industry sectors of business and established a large network of relationship throughout the south Texas area.

Experience

In her role at Benchmark International, Jessica works to understand the current state and strategy of an organization in terms of exiting or growing their business. Before she joined the Benchmark International team, she worked in business consulting, covering all industry sectors and speaking to managing departments and C-suite level executives to uncover objectives for growth and the future desired state of the organization in handling operations and going to market. This gave her the foundation to understand the importance of position and timing. She also worked as the manager assistant for UBS Financial, and later worked in the print and solutions business for Konica Minolta.
