Experience
As the lead of the Tampa Transaction Support team at Benchmark International, Kayla spearheads interactions with business owners to glean insights into their company’s operations and financial health. She meticulously analyzes our clients’ financial records and other corporate documentation, pinpointing the unique strengths of each entity to bolster valuation during negotiations for the preferred exit strategy. These findings are then harnessed to craft and refine the marketing materials crucial for showcasing each
opportunity we represent.
Before joining Benchmark International, Ms. Sullivan served as a Tax Process Specialist at PricewaterhouseCoopers, specializing in partnership tax. In 2016, she embarked on a journey to Italy to pursue a full-time International MBA, following which she seamlessly integrated into the operations of Benchmark International.
She was motivated to join Benchmark International not only because she wanted to get into the area of mergers & acquisitions, but also because she was drawn to the exceptional team dynamic. Immediately upon being acquainted with everyone on the team, she recognized that this is a place where colleagues challenge and push you to always do your best. For Kayla, the people she works with are one of the most important aspects of a career and Benchmark International exceeds her expectations.
