Isabelle Lechler

Ms. Lechler is a dedicated finance and deal advisory professional with a strong academic foundation in management and economics. Originally from Witten, she completed her Abitur before pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Management & Economics at Ruhr University Bochum. During her studies, she gained early hands-on experience at Vodafone and Deloitte. Following her graduation, Isabelle joined KPMG, where she spent three years in deal advisory. Since July 2025, Isabelle has been part of the Benchmark International team, where she oversees and supports the full M&A process.

Before joining Benchmark International, Isabelle spent three years at KPMG in deal advisory, focusing on accounting advisory and post‑merger integrations. Earlier in her career, she gained experience in audit through an internship at Deloitte and worked as a student assistant in Vodafone’s accounting department. Ms. Lechler chose to join Benchmark to deepen her involvement in M&A and transactions, building on the post merger integration experience she gained at KPMG.

In her free time, Ms. Lechler enjoys staying active through going to the gym, Pilates, and yoga. She is also an avid reader and values the opportunity to unwind with a good book. On weekends, she often visits cafés with friends, exploring new spots in search of the best coffee in the city.
