About

Mr. Bockholt is originally from Osnabrück. After graduating from high school, he initially decided to do a dual study programme at a medium-sized company. During this time, he gained in-depth insights into various departments (HR, controlling, merchandise management, IT) as well as the internal processes of the company. Malte then attended the University of Mannheim where he completed his Masters degree, which had a focus on finance, accounting and management.

At Benchmark International, Malte is responsible for operations in Düsseldorf and leads the two deal teams. Malte manages and guides our clients successfully and professionally through the transaction process, particularly when an opportunity has a lot of interest from different buyers.

Before joining Benchmark International to focus on sell-side transactions, Malte worked in the M&A department of a global construction chemicals manufacturer and supported national and international transactions.
