We are looking for a motivated, confident, and hard-working person to join our Cape Town office as a Lead Generation Analyst. This is a full-time, office-based position.

This job is very call-intensive, meaning you will be spending most of your day speaking to business owners on the phone. If you enjoy talking to people, building relationships, and working in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit.


What You Will Be Doing: 

  • Making a high volume of outbound phone calls every day to business owners.
  • Having clear, professional conversations to understand whether they may be interested in selling their business.
  • Finding the right person to speak to, the owner or decision-maker.
  • Asking questions about their business, including size and revenue, to see if they qualify.
  • Capturing accurate information in our CRM system.
  • Working with our sales team to set up follow-up calls or meetings.
  • Following up with potential leads via phone or email.
  • Staying aware of market trends so you understand the space we work in.
  • Meeting and aiming to exceed daily and weekly targets.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Someone who has done lead generation, telesales, or call-centre work before.
  • Excellent communication skills, you must be confident speaking on the phone.
  • Persistent, goal-driven, and motivated to hit targets.
  • Able to work under pressure and handle a fast-paced environment.
  • Good at working independently but also in a team.
  • Basic computer skills (especially Outlook and Word).
  • Knowledge of business, finance, or sales is helpful but not necessary.

This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone who wants to grow in sales, business development, or the corporate space.

Salary: R10,000 per month + commission (earning potential increases as you perform).
