Bradley moved around quite a bit during his childhood, having been born in Chesapeake, Virginia, and also living in Texas, North Carolina and Pennsylvania.
He now resides in the Pass-a-Grille area of St. Petersburg, FL.
For more than 20 years, he has honed his experience in the legal field, specifically litigation, M&A, bankruptcy/reorganization, corporate & securities, and compliance.
Bradley brings an impressive educational background to the Benchmark International family, with an undergraduate degree from Penn State University, a masters of education degree from Vanderbilt, and a juris doctor from Washington University in St. Louis. He has always been motivated by his father’s work ethic, success, and always living up to his word.

Experience
Bradley assists Benchmark International deal teams and sell-side clients through the rigors of the M&A process, leading to timely closings and positive outcomes. He provides leadership, discernment, and strategic decision-making as a member of the Benchmark International executive team. He ensures that our clients’ rights and responsibilities are clear, comprehended, and consistently communicated every step of the way. He has previously applied these skills working for start-up clients in the medtech space. He has also acted as general counsel for a publicly traded medtech/biologics company based in Tampa, helping to achieve their business goals and aspirations in a legal and compliant manner.
Bradley comes from a family of small business owners and he has seen first-hand the importance and impact of high-quality M&A advice. He understands how transactions are often transformative for a business and life-changing for the owners and their families. With his experience working in the medtech field, it has driven him to want to continue to be a part of changing lives for the better.
Bradley’s business acumen and deep experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and corporate/healthcare compliance fortify his life sciences, manufacturing, and industrial services clients against an ever-evolving competitive and regulatory landscape. With skills honed over many years in consulting, private practice, and public companies, he orchestrates executive-level legal, human resource, and corporate/healthcare compliance services, ensuring practical legal and ethical operations across the enterprise.
Passion
Bradley is a proud father to his daughter and he enjoys reading, travelling, hiking, golfing, and spending time with family. Living with osteoarthritis for many years, he actively supports and volunteers with the Arthritis Foundation and the Walk to Cure Arthritis, where he served as Corporate Chair in 2018 and 2019, setting fundraising records both years.
