Benchmark International is proud to support the Central Food Bank, the leading hunger-relief nonprofit serving 21 counties across Central Texas. As one of the largest hunger-relief organizations in the region, the Central Food Bank plays a critical role in ensuring 610,000 food-insecure individuals each year through direct programs and partnerships with nearly 250 community organizations.

Benchmark International recently welcomed members of the Tampa Bay Lightning to its headquarters in Tampa, FL, for a charitable initiative centered on one urgent priority: addressing food insecurity across the Tampa Bay region.

What does education look like outside the classroom? It looks like mentors, moments of connection, and young people being reminded they’re not alone. That belief shaped Benchmark International’s work with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tampa Bay during National Mentoring Month. Through this partnership, mentorship took center stage as a powerful extension of education and community investment.

Benchmark International’s Tampa office recently hosted its fifth annual Rise Against Hunger meal-packing event, bringing together over 90 volunteers for a meaningful day of service. This year’s effort exceeded last year’s impact, with 20,000 meals packed — up from 19,000 the previous year — all supporting families facing food insecurity worldwide.

Benchmark International is proud to continue its commitment to meaningful community impact through a $25,000 donation to Metropolitan Ministries, a leading Tampa Bay nonprofit dedicated to supporting families facing food insecurity and housing instability. The check was presented by Tyrus O’Neill, alongside Steve Griggs (CEO of Vinik Sports Group), Titus O’Neil (philanthropist and former WWE athlete), and Elizabeth Frazier (Head of the Lightning Foundation).

Benchmark International partnered with Vinik Sports Group (VSG) on a volunteer initiative at the Feeding Tampa Bay warehouse, where our teams worked together to assemble food boxes for families across the region.

Benchmark International was honored to participate in and sponsor the 2025 Coop’s Catch for Kids, an event led by Tampa Bay Lightning Head Coach Jon Cooper that brings the community together in support of pediatric cancer patients and their families. What began as a small gathering eight years ago has grown into a meaningful Tampa Bay tradition—one rooted in generosity, collaboration, and hope.

Benchmark International was honored to join Vinik Sports Group (VSG) at the 9/11 Day Meal Pack event. This inspiring day of action pays tribute to those impacted by 9/11 through unity, kindness, and service.

On Mandela Day, Benchmark International’s Johannesburg and Cape Town offices united with various corporates, schools, families, and individuals to support FoodForward SA, dedicating their 67 minutes to a cause that is crucial for the wellbeing of many South Africans. This initiative enabled the participants to contribute meaningfully to the ongoing battle against hunger and food insecurity in South Africa.
