There is a real need for the combined and complementary expertise of the group, and we’re confident in our shared ability to deliver lasting impact.

The acquisition of Mine Environment Management marks a critical moment for Global Ecology and Environmental Group and is underscored by our recognition that to be a market leader, we need to build a business of interconnected leaders in their field. This includes our established expertise in areas from BNG to nature finance, and now – mining. This is especially critical as the sector underpins global plans to meet net zero and deliver on other climate and environment commitments. We are really looking forward to working with Steven, Marguerite, the MEM team, and the wider group, to deliver on our ambition to become a market leader.
