Talent Acquisition Specialist
Benchmark International is seeking a motivated and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our growing needs across the United States. This role is part of our headquarters’ Central Team based in Tampa, FL and will partner with leaders across multiple offices nationwide.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will research, develop, and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of quailed candidates who align with Benchmark International’s business goals and culture. This position requires a high degree of initiative, organization and accountability.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization across multiple U.S. locations
- Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and proactive outreach
- Screen resumes and conduct phone and video interviews to assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
- Manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously while meeting hiring timeliness
- Coordinate interviews, communicate next steps, and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to improve hiring effectiveness
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the Human Resources Manager
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
- Attend and participate in college job fairs and recruiting sessions
- Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
- Proven ability to source, attract, and engage qualified candidates using multiple recruiting channels
- Strong experience with candidate screening, interviewing, and selection techniques
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Highly organized and detailed oriented, with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated and proactive, capable of working independently
- Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and adjust strategies to meet hiring goals
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience and supporting hiring initiatives
- Must demonstrate a high level of integrity, trustworthiness, and professionalism in handling confidential data
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Proficient with Social Media portals
- Ability to be creative and think outside the box
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required- A college degree is preferred
- Ability to work in an office environment Monday through Friday as this is not a remote position
- Professional business attire is required
- Ability for minimal travel as needed
- Willingness to perform other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Prior experience recruiting across multiple locations or regions
- Knowledge of professional services or corporate recruiting environments
Physical Demands
Moderate physical activity performing somewhat strenuous daily activities of a primarily administrative nature. Includes sitting and/or standing for extended periods of time with the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items, works with the fingers and perceives attributes of objects and materials.
Salary
Salary for the Talent Acquisition Specialist position will be between $65,000 to $75,000 per year depending on experience.
