Video Editor
Benchmark International is seeking a talented Video Editor / Videographer to produce high-quality, executive-level video content that supports our global M&A advisory brand. This role focuses on filming, editing, and producing polished, professional video assets used in executive branding, marketing campaigns, commercials, and corporate communications.
Job Responsibilities
- Film and produce professional video content featuring executives, advisors, and leadership
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for websites, digital campaigns, social media, and presentations
- Create commercials and promotional video assets aligned with corporate branding
- Incorporate motion graphics, titles, lower thirds, transitions, and sound design
- Translate complex financial or M&A concepts into clear, compelling visual stories
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to support brand initiatives
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards
- Handle confidential content with discretion and professionalism
- Contribute to creative ideation and team brainstorming sessions
- Maintain high standards of design and attention to detail
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate is a skilled Video Editor / Videographer with experience producing polished, professional content for corporate or client-facing audiences. Candidates must be comfortable filming and editing executive-level subjects, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and translating complex concepts into clear visual stories. Strong technical proficiency in video production and post-production tools is required, along with attention to detail, creative judgment, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Specific qualifications for our Graphic Designer position include:
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience, or equivalent demonstrated expertise through a strong video portfolio.
- Proven professional experience as a Video Editor, Videographer, or Multimedia Specialist in a corporate, agency, or professional services environment
- Strong proficiency with industry-standard editing and post-production tools, including Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (or equivalent software)
- Hands-on experience filming with professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment, including interview-style and on-location shoots
- Demonstrated ability to edit executive-level and client-facing content with a polished, professional aesthetic
- Solid understanding of video storytelling, pacing, composition, color correction, and audio balancing
- Experience producing content for multiple platforms, including websites, social media, presentations, and digital advertising
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and quality control standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with marketing teams, leadership, and stakeholders
- Professional discretion and ability to work with confidential and sensitive content
- Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all video assets
- A video portfolio or demo reel is required as part of the application process and should demonstrate filming, editing, and post-production capabilities
- Ability to take creative direction, work independently, and collaborate with a team
- Business Professional attire required daily
- Must be able to work Monday through Friday from 8:30-5:30 as this is not a remote or hybrid position
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience producing content for finance, professional services, or executive branding
- Motion graphics and/or 3D design experience (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D, After Effects 3D)
- Commercial or corporate marketing video experience
Required Education
Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Video Production, Media Arts, Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Salary
As a Video Editor you will receive an annual salary of $100,000.
