Lead Generation Analyst
What You Will Be Doing:
- Making a high volume of outbound phone calls every day to business owners.
- Having clear, professional conversations to understand whether they may be interested in selling their business.
- Finding the right person to speak to, the owner or decision-maker.
- Asking questions about their business, including size and revenue, to see if they qualify.
- Capturing accurate information in our CRM system.
- Working with our sales team to set up follow-up calls or meetings.
- Following up with potential leads via phone or email.
- Staying aware of market trends so you understand the space we work in.
- Meeting and aiming to exceed daily and weekly targets.
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone who has done lead generation, telesales, or call-centre work before
- Excellent communication skills, you must be confident speaking on the phone.
- Persistent, goal-driven, and motivated to hit targets.
- Able to work under pressure and handle a fast-paced environment.
- Good at working independently but also in a team.
- Basic computer skills (especially Outlook and Word).
- Knowledge of business, finance, or sales is helpful but not necessary.
This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone who wants to grow in sales, business development, or the corporate space.
Salary: R10,000 per month + commission (earning potential increases as you perform).
