Lightning Foundation Partnership: Voices of Benchmark are Impacting the Tampa Bay Community

At Benchmark International, giving back is more than a commitment; it’s a core part of who we are. Through our partnership with the Tampa Bay Lightning, we’re proud to support the communities where we live and work, focusing our efforts on three key pillars: Health, Education, and Food Insecurity.
Over the past several months, we have contributed time, donations, and passion to a variety of impactful local organizations. From volunteering with Feeding Tampa Bay, Metropolitan Ministries, and Junior Achievement, to supporting Big Brothers Big Sisters, MacDonald Training Center, and A Kid’s Place, we have come together to create meaningful change across the Tampa Bay area.
Inspired by the Lightning’s Voices of the Bay fan voting initiative, we brought that same spirit of engagement to our own company, and we’re excited to officially launch Voices of Benchmark.
Turning Voices into Action
Voices of Benchmark empowers our team to guide our charitable impact. Through a Tampa office vote, employees were invited to help select the organizations that most closely align with our values and our mission to make a difference. Based on the results of this survey, we’re excited to announce the three charities selected to receive this year’s Voices of Benchmark donations, one for each pillar:
- Health Pillar: Shriners Children's
- Education Pillar: Pace Center for Girls
- Food Insecurity Pillar: The Spring of Tampa Bay
Each of these organizations plays a vital role in strengthening our community, and we’re honored to support their work. With a shared focus on health, education, and food insecurity, Benchmark International proudly donated $30,000 across the 3 selected charities.
Looking Ahead
Voices of Benchmark is more than a single campaign; it’s a reflection of our collective values and our belief that when we come together, our impact is greater. As we move forward, we look forward to finding new ways to amplify these partnerships and continue making a positive difference across Tampa Bay.
