Kristy was raised in Milpitas, California, about an hour outside of San Francisco, in the heart of Silicon Valley, where she attended Milpitas High School. She attributes much of her success to her faith in God and to her mother, who shaped her into the person she is today through her strength, integrity, and example. Striving to live up to her mother's values continues to serve as the foundation of Kristy's strong work ethic.
Kristy partners closely with our directors to help business owners navigate the sale of their company with clarity and confidence. She serves as a steady point of contact throughout the process, ensuring that communication is clear, details are organized, and momentum stays strong. With a background in account management, she takes a proactive, solutions-focused approach so that clients feel supported, informed, and in trusted hands from start to finish.
Kristy is motivated by a strong sense of purpose and responsibility to the people who place their trust in her. Before joining Benchmark International, Kristy built her career in client-focused sales and account management roles where trust, strategy, and results truly mattered. At DEX Imaging, she served as a Senior Account Executive, helping business owners reduce operational costs, improve efficiency, and implement technology solutions that supported long-term growth. She focused heavily on new business development, entering new markets, and building strong, lasting client relationships. Prior to that, at Uown Leasing, she worked as a Regional Merchant Development Specialist, partnering closely with clients to develop growth strategies, manage accounts, and navigate negotiations and financial planning. Together, these roles sharpened her ability to understand owner priorities, communicate value clearly, and guide clients through complex decisions skills she now brings to business owners as she supports them through the M&A process.
