As a Deal Support Analyst, you will play an important role in the preparation and execution of our projects. You’ll work closely with the team to analyze companies, prepare transaction documentation, and identify and approach potential buyers. You’ll be deeply involved in the process and learn how a transaction is built step by step.

In concrete terms, this means you will:

Analyze companies
Dive into the numbers, market, and business model. Learn to identify what makes a company strong, where its growth potential lies, and summarize this clearly.

Identify potential buyers
Research companies and investors who might be interested. Help compile and maintain a well-thought-out buyer list and strategize on how and when to approach them.

Prepare transaction documentation
Work with experienced colleagues to produce Information Memoranda and other documents that present the company’s story clearly, concisely, and attractively.

Support the deal team
Collaborate during various phases of the transaction – from initial contact to closing – and ensure that information, analyses, and documentation are accurate and complete.

Work on multiple projects at once
Be involved in several parallel transactions. This requires strong organization, structure, and the ability to shift gears quickly without compromising quality.

Benefit from our global reach
Use data, knowledge, and insights from our international offices and apply them to local projects.

Your Profile

We’re looking for driven and curious professionals who enjoy dynamic environments and want to support and guide M&A transactions. You recognize yourself in the following:

  • Fluent in Swedish and English, with the ability to write clearly, concisely, and persuasively.
  • Interested in entrepreneurship and enjoy working with entrepreneurs. You understand their motivations, can handle emotion, and know when to adapt or slow down.
  • Commercially minded: you understand how potential buyers think, what drives them, and how to translate that into analysis, documentation, and outreach.
  • Practical and curious: you quickly process large amounts of information, distinguish essentials from details, and enjoy exploring new sectors or business models.
  • Structured and independent: maintain a clear overview and feel comfortable juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Professional and mature in your work approach.
  • University-level education. Your field of study is less important than your way of thinking and working.

Experience in M&A, finance, or consulting is NOT required. We welcome diverse profiles and are happy to invest in people who want to learn, take responsibility, and grow intellectually.
