Benchmark International is pleased to announce the acquisition of Drainage Consultants Limited, based in Stockport, by Metcor Group.

Founded in 2003, Drainage Consultants Limited is a specialist in drainage infrastructure services, offering CCTV drain surveys, water supply works, public sewer connections, and drain tracing and repair. With a highly skilled team and modern fleet of vehicles, the company has built a strong reputation for quality, safety, and reliability across the UK construction and utilities sectors.

Metcor Group delivers integrated environmental, safety, and infrastructure services to both public and private sector clients across the UK. Backed by Macquarie Capital, the group is focused on building a national network of specialist businesses that support the performance, compliance, and longevity of critical infrastructure. Its services span drainage, water hygiene, asbestos compliance, and fire safety, with a growing presence across multiple regions.

The acquisition of Drainage Consultants supports Metcor’s strategic goal of expanding its drainage and wastewater capabilities in the North of England. The combined offering will enhance service delivery for clients and contribute to a wider ambition of building a scalable, multidisciplinary environmental services platform.
