Mark's formative years were spent at a British private school in Mexico City, Mexico, visiting family in Bern, Switzerland every year, and moving to Texas during his eighth-grade year, where he graduated from Plano Senior High School in Plano, TX. Upon graduation, Mark attended Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, KY, and graduated with a degree in business. He also studied financial management at Cornell University, Ithaca, NY. Mark has spent 23 successful years in the mergers and acquisitions industry. His drive to succeed stems from a strong work ethic his family and mentors instilled throughout his career.

Prior to joining Benchmark International, he led business development initiatives for a large M&A firm serving the middle-market for 16 years and owned a boutique M&A and financial services firm for eight years, honing his skills in negotiation and relationship management. His attraction to Benchmark International stemmed from its dedication to excellence and client-centered approach, which resonated with his core values and career objectives.
