Benchmark International is pleased to announce the acquisition of Argantic (Pty) Ltd by Turrito Networks (Pty) Ltd.

Argantic aims to help organisations thrive and reach their full potential in a modern cloud-centric era. The company was founded seven years ago to focus on delivering software and infrastructure services to the corporate and enterprise business marketplace. Argantic also provides consulting, engineering, development services, license, subscription, and product sales.

Turrito is a broad Technology Solutions Provider, delivering communication networks, managed services, IT Support, cloud & hosting facilities, and all other technology-based solutions. The company deploys solutions that match the needs of its customers. This ensures that customers are continually offered the best solution in an ever-changing South African technology environment.

You know your business. And we know how to sell it.

Speaking on behalf of Argantic, Gary Ackerman said: “When we first started our engagement with BMI, we were quite specific about the type of transaction we were looking for. BMI diligently presented our value proposition to their list of prospects and put tremendous effort into finding us the right partner. We naturally took our time in evaluating the options presented and ultimately Turrito and Argantic found each other. It was the perfect fit which we are reaping rewards from to this day. BMI were exceptional in their approach, and we value the efforts they put into finding us our “unicorn”.”

Aaron Thornton, chief services officer of Turrito Networks, highlights the critical nature of efficient IT resource management for mid-market organisations. “These organisations often lack the extensive in-house IT resources to manage complex environments effectively. One of our roles is to provide the specific skills required, only for as long as they’re needed”

Johann Haasbroek, representing Benchmark International’s South African office, added, “We are delighted to announce the successful acquisition of our client's business by a market-leading ICT service provider. This strategic transaction enhances the provider's ability to offer integrated and innovative technology solutions, and we are proud to have facilitated this partnership. We are confident that this new strategic alliance will drive value creation and growth for both companies. Congratulations to both parties on this significant achievement, and we look forward to seeing the positive impact this collaboration will bring to the industry”
