Benchmark International has successfully facilitated a transaction between Taunton, MA-based Arocam, Inc. (“Arocam”) and Warsaw, Poland-based Innova Capital. Arocam is a direct-to-consumer (D2C) and business-to-business (B2B) retailer primarily focused on the youth sports marketplace. The company has a full suite of brands it utilizes to customize sportswear and uniforms to fit the needs of teams, clubs, and consumers throughout the US. Arocam serves various segments of the youth sports market, providing apparel and uniforms while also acting as a third-party distributor for top sportswear brands.
