Benchmark International’s California office announces its latest deal closing with the acquisition of Oakdale, CA-based Formulation Technology Incorporated by Cedar Rapids, IA-based AAVIN Private Equity.

 

Formulation Technology Incorporated is a turnkey contract manufacturer serving the nutritional supplements industry, offering comprehensive capabilities including product development, production, packaging, labeling, and quality assurance. The company specializes in manufacturing tablets, capsules, powders, and chewable dietary supplements, delivering consistent quality and dependable execution for its brand partners.
