Benchmark International has successfully facilitated a transaction between Alpharetta, GA-based Sunsilks, Inc., D.B.A Fabric Backing & Finishing (“Fabric Backing & Finishing”), and a private investor. Fabric Backing and Finishing specializes in providing a range of custom value-added services for customers’ own fabrics for upholstery, drapery, wall coverings, and other interior decoration applications. The company has a strong record of serving a variety of commercial industries throughout North America, Europe, and the Middle East for over 30 years.
