Benchmark International Advises on Strategic Transaction in Benelux as fanxp Acquires Majority Stake in Jag2Solutions NV

Benchmark International is pleased to announce it has advised on the successful sale of a majority stake in Jag2Solutions NV, also trading as iXpole, to fanxp.

fanxp, a French leader in digital solutions for the sports and events industry, has acquired a controlling interest in iXpole, a Genk-based SaaS provider specializing in VIP and premium customer management for sports clubs and event organizers.

iXpole, based in Genk, Belgium, was founded in 2014 after identifying a gap in the market for flexible, industry-specific solutions during a digital transformation project at RSC Anderlecht. Since then, the company has become a key player in the sports tech landscape in Belgium and beyond, offering a SaaS platform that enables major sports clubs, event arenas, and event organisers to enhance VIP customer experiences and maximise revenue.

This acquisition underscores Fanxp’s strategy to expand into Benelux and other European markets by acquiring complementary, high-quality platforms with strong local traction. fanxp’s existing suite of digital tools enhances fan engagement and revenue generation, serving over 100 clients across four countries. Significant commercial and operational synergies are anticipated, particularly in expanding into new markets and gaining access to key decision-makers in the sports and cultural sectors.

The founders of iXpole, Luc Vancheke and Joeri Vlemmings, will remain actively involved, taking on leadership roles in development and customer success to support the next phase of growth. “This partnership allows us to focus on long-term innovation and accelerate our international expansion, particularly into France and beyond,” said the iXpole leadership.
