His successful closings include Delta Mechanical Contractors, HiWay Information Services, Sonne Tribble, Fast of Florida, Hunt Engineering, Action Concrete Pumping, Staffway, Skillets, Wired Technologies, MeltonUS, NEFCO, Conarc, KLB Enterprises, and Carolina Physical Therapy—transactions that have collectively generated billions in value for Benchmark International clients.
His experience also spans a wide range of deal structures. Notable transactions include Atlanta Biologicals, acquired by Bio-Techne; Adapt Laser Systems, acquired by Boyne Capital Partners; and Gasco Affiliates, acquired by Tech Air and CI Capital Partners—illustrating publicly traded strategic acquisitions, private equity transactions, and strategic acquisitions backed by private equity.
