His experience also spans a wide range of deal structures. Notable transactions include Atlanta Biologicals, acquired by Bio-Techne; Adapt Laser Systems, acquired by Boyne Capital Partners; and Gasco Affiliates, acquired by Tech Air and CI Capital Partners—illustrating publicly traded strategic acquisitions, private equity transactions, and strategic acquisitions backed by private equity.
