Benchmark International has successfully facilitated a transaction between McDonough, GA-based Metro Metal Works, Inc. (“Metro Metal Works”) and Georgia-based Seddon Point Capital. Metro Metal Works is a business-to-business (B2B) provider of fabricated steel products, specializing in sheet metal and structural steel tubing. The company offers a variety of tangential services, such as steel detailing, cladding, and advanced welding, for the interim production of finished goods later sold by their customers, or as an element in a more comprehensive manufacturing process.
