About
Ms. Verschuure was born in Amersfoort in the Netherlands and grew up in Germany’s Celle district. After returning to the Netherlands, she continued her education at a public school in Eindhoven. Her career began in international aviation, working for Lufthansa in Frankfurt, Martinair in Miami, and later Air Berlin at both Málaga and Düsseldorf airports, where she served as a station manager. She then spent seven years at Grüneberg Property GmbH, an investment consulting firm in Düsseldorf specialising in large retail property transactions.
At Benchmark International, Caroliene accompanies the business owner from the idea of selling to the closing, assisting them with expertise and passion.
