Prior to his role at Benchmark International, Martin spent over three years as Head of M&A and Corporate Controlling at Ardex Group, a global manufacturer of premium construction chemicals and building materials to trade, headquartered in Witten.
Before his period at Ardex Group, Martin spent over seven years as an Investment Manager at NORD Holding, a private equity fund manager based in Hanover with a focus on majority shareholding in SMEs across multiple industries.
Martin has also had a stint at KPMG - a global network of professional firms providing audit, tax and advisory services.

Outside of the demands of the M&A world, Martin enjoys spending his free time with his family. He also enjoys skiing, travelling and engaging in the world of politics.
