About
Having studied business and finance in both Sweden and Argentina, Jakob began his career in corporate finance in Stockholm. As Transaction Director, he leads Benchmark International’s Stockholm office, advising business owners on the sale of their companies across the Nordic region. He guides clients through every stage of the process, applying his relationship management, financial, and negotiation skills to deliver the best possible value and deal structure for every client.

Before joining Benchmark International, Jakob spent seven years at a corporate finance boutique, where he led mergers & acquisitions and capital markets transactions for business owners. He was responsible for the clients from initial preparation and valuation through to negotiation and completion.
