Benchmark International is pleased to announce the successful transaction between A Janitor's Closet and Envoy Solutions.

A Janitor's Closet is a multi-generational wholesale sanitation/janitorial supplies company offering equipment, chemicals, service, rental, and additional products to customers. The company specializes in industrial and disaster restoration equipment with locations in both Tampa, Florida and Orlando, Florida.

 Envoy Solutions is a distributor and solution provider focusing in the Jan-san, food service, and packing industries. With a wide range of brands and products, they can service all their customers through their 66 distribution centers across the U.S.

This acquisition will give Envoy Solutions additional support to their Florida operations and join forces with another family-owned company to give their customers the attention and care they strive for. Furthermore, the acquisition will give the Janitor's Closet team the additional resources a nationwide company has while keeping their family-owned business mentality.
