Benchmark International Has Successfully Facilitated The Transaction Between Remata (PTY) LTD And The Formeset Group Of Companies

Benchmark International is pleased to announce the acquisition of Remata (Pty) Ltd & Remata Communications and Printers Production House (Pty) Ltd (Remata) by the Formeset Group of Companies.

Remata are specialist print and communications companies providing local and international clients with digital and lithographic print services, cross-channel media solutions, and print product fulfilment. The company is headquartered in Midrand, Gauteng, South Africa, with a fully equipped print factory on the same premises.

The group aims to be the foremost printing group in Africa, focusing on select customers with specialised printing requirements.
