Benchmark International Successfully Facilitated the Transaction Between Element 3 Systems Integration Limited and Bellew Electrical Wholesale Ltd

Benchmark International is pleased to announce the transaction between Element3 and Bellew Electrical.

Element3 is a specialist lighting solutions provider serving clients across the data centre, healthcare, commercial, and education sectors. The company's offering includes intelligent lighting controls, addressable emergency lighting with automated testing and reporting, central battery‑backed emergency lighting systems, luminaires, modular wiring, and more.

The company has completed hundreds of large-scale projects including more than 40 data centres across nine countries, giving it extensive experience in one of the fastest-growing areas of electrical infrastructure.

Established by Ollie and Micheal Bellew in 2006, Bellew Electrical is a family-run wholesaler that has grown from two small branches into a leading supplier across Ireland and Europe. Following significant investment from Waterland in 2024, the group has accelerated its growth strategy through organic expansion and strategic acquisitions.

The wider Bellew Group has a workforce of over 300 people and generates annual revenues of €130m. It plans to grow revenue to €200m over the next 12 months, supported by organic expansion and further strategic acquisitions.

Element3 will join the specialist division within the wider Bellew Group, strengthening the group's technical capabilities and providing an established platform for further growth in the data centre market.

The acquisition expands Waterland's Irish platform, broadens Bellew Group's specialist offering and supports its strategy of building a leading electrical solutions business across Ireland and Europe.
