Benchmark International Successfully Facilitated the Transaction Between Williams Testing LLC and Primoris Services Corp

The M&A specialist, Benchmark International has successfully negotiated the sale of Williams Testing LLC to Primoris Services Corp. (NASDAQ: PRIM).

Williams Testing, located in Sarasota, FL, has been servicing the local and regional market since 1979.  The company provides trenchless solutions for underground sewer and storm pipes. In addition, Williams Testing provides pipe cleaning, pipe testing and CCTV inspection services to the new construction industry.

 

Primoris Services, established in 2004, is one of the largest construction service enterprises in North America.  The company utilizes its affiliates to deliver superior services to clients.   

 

In the third quarter of 2014, Primoris Services acquired three companies’ net assets.  One of the three companies acquired was Williams Testing.  According to Primoris Services’ Form 10-K, for yearend December 31, 2014, the value of the three companies acquired during third quarter 2014 totaled a value of $8.2M.
