Mr. Chiles is a Transaction Leader at Benchmark International, where he manages a portfolio of clients and oversees the sale process from engagement through to successful completion. Having joined the company almost six years ago as a CIM Writer, Joshua has developed a comprehensive understanding of the M&A journey and the factors that drive successful transactions. By working closely with business owners, he strives to make the process as seamless as possible, providing guidance, support, and clear communication at every stage.

Before joining Benchmark International, Joshua worked as an executive CV and résumé writer, advising senior professionals pursuing UK Non-Executive Director (NED) and US Board Member positions. The role involved working closely with entrepreneurs, founders, and corporate executives to communicate their experience, achievements, and strategic value. This experience provided a strong foundation in understanding the aspirations of business owners and senior decision-makers, many of whom share similar objectives to Benchmark's clients.
