Katherine grew up in Land O’Lakes, Florida, and attended Land O’Lakes High School. She attributes her success to her environment and her family, both of which helped shape her positive mindset. That foundation also taught her how to set goals, stay disciplined, and consistently work
toward achieving them.

At Benchmark International, Katie works closely with our directors to guide business owners through the process of selling their company. She serves as a central point of contact, ensuring clear communication, organized execution, and a smooth process from start to finish. With a background in account management, she focuses on building trust, staying proactive, and solving problems early so that our clients can feel confident, supported, and in good hands throughout the entire process.

Passion

Katie works closely with our directors to manage client relationships and guide business owners through the M&A process by coordinating communication, organizing next steps, and ensuring that everything remains on track.

Prior to joining the Benchmark team, she worked for a consumer finance company as an Account Manager for 10 years—experience that supports her in her current role. In her previous position, she managed client relationships, built trust with clients, and worked to solve problems while ensuring a smooth and positive experience every step of the way throughout their M&A journey.
