experience
Molly has worked as a travel trade journalist for several years, travelling throughout South Africa and Mauritius. During this time, she met with Nelson Mandela’s former personal chef, Xolisa Ndoyiya, and international documentary photographer and IOM United Nations Goodwill Ambassador, Paul Choy.
Wanting a change of pace and lifestyle, she joined the mergers & acquisitions industry and never looked back. Working with a vast range of different personalities across various industries to tight deadlines and with occasional travel are all aspects of her job that she has enjoyed both as a B2B journalist and B2B copywriter.
Getting to Know You
To help fund her move to the UK, Molly assisted part-time with standardising recipes for a cookbook intended to raise funds for the full restoration of a Galway heritage centre.
In her free time, she is an avid reader and follower of all music and comedy gigs that can possibly be found throughout Manchester.
Her fear of flying and low tolerance for winter are being concurrently treated with annual visits to South Africa.
