Mr. Palmer grew up in South Manchester and attended St. Ambrose College in Hale Barns. He was active in team athletics, playing football, rugby and cricket, which inspired him to pursue a career in which he could have the opportunity to achieve success as part of a team. He has been with Benchmark International since inception and has worked within every department. He spent several years as a senior deal leader and consistently achieved results on the Transaction Team. He completed our first deal to achieve an award and, since late 2015, he has enjoyed success as a Sales Director.
Having worked on the Transaction Team for a number of years, Adam possesses a vast amount of experience on the transactional side, having completed deals ranging from £250k-£30m in transaction value and in a wide variety of industries, from acupuncture needle distributors to IT, food distribution, healthcare, and more. Prior to joining the Benchmark International family, he worked with a UK online clothing company in the Customer Service department. This position helped him hone his skills in helping individuals fulfill their needs, which he does on a regular basis for Benchmark clients looking to achieve their aspirations.
Adam's biggest achievement during his time at Benchmark International was one of his last deals he completed as a Transaction Leader, which was on behalf of one of the largest care providers in the UK, ROC North West. This transpired to be a very challenging deal, yet Adam and the team rallied in the face of adversity, leading to a successful completion.
Mr. Palmer greatly enjoys interacting with clients and helping them form unique strategies to attain their life goals for their businesses and families.
