Mr. Goulding was born in Cork, moved to Essex as a child, returned to Cork in his early teens, and has made it his home ever since. His role at Benchmark International is to meet with business owners across all industry sectors that may be planning to exit the business or take on a strategic partner. He advises clients on the variations and timelines involved in the M&A process, market trends, possible deal structures, and more. He finds out the wants and needs for the business going forward, and gains a deep insight into the company and its history. He also guides business owners’ step by step through our unique and award-winning approach to the market.

Mr. Goulding has experience as a Corporate Business Consultant with the global market leader in international trade credit insurance, risk management, and bonds & guarantees. He has worked within all industries and sectors, helping business owners to achieve their goals for growth into new markets and territories safely without risk to the business. Getting an in-depth knowledge of each client’s business and their operations is vital to be able to advise clients on the best way forward for their expansion plans whilst minimising the risk. Keith has an aptitude for relating to people on an individual level so that they are comfortable to relay their ambitions, needs, and even their fears regarding their business. Being open and honest while advising clients on their exit strategies for their business helps them be open and honest with him in return.
