Ms. Tapson spent much of her youth supporting charities such as Oxfam and Mencap, working with vulnerable people and observing first hand the value of hard work and dedication to a cause. This mentality has always driven her to commit wholeheartedly to her personal and professional goals, and has resulted in success in every path she has chosen to pursue in her career. In her role, she oversees all aspects of Deal Preparation, supporting a team of analysts and working closely and collaboratively with clients to ensure that they feel supported through the first steps of their journey.

Following the completion of a world-renowned graduate leadership programme, Samantha held several successful leadership roles in the education sector in the early stages of her career. However, she decided that her skillset would be better placed in a different setting, and actively pursued a role in corporate finance, where she could fully apply her competencies in transformational leadership and critical thinking. Samantha saw an opportunity with Benchmark International to join a forward thinking, ambitious organisation that could support her progression in a new field.

Ms. Tapson loves what she does. Her priority is always ensuring that we deliver the best possible service and outcomes for our clients. She believes in our approach, and how the passion of our team cultivates creativity, ingenuity and a genuine commitment that transcends the day-to-day.
