Stacey grew up in Los Angeles, California, and pursued her collegiate education at Howard University in Washington, D.C. She majored in accounting and earned her master’s degree in computer science before settling in Tampa, Florida.

As the Director of Operations at Benchmark International, Stacey specializes in optimizing the M&A lifecycle and transforming complex deal processes into streamlined, efficient operations. Her focus is on leveraging technology and lean principles to eliminate bottlenecks, enhance team performance, and ensure that every deal from initial valuation to successful closings executed flawlessly, ultimately maximizing value for our clients as they exit their businesses. She ensures that when a client trusts us with their business, we have the operational infrastructure in place to deliver a world-class result every single time. Stacey is deeply passionate about building systems that allow our M&A experts to focus on what they do best: creating successful M&A deals.

Her tenure at JPMorgan Chase and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) instilled the standard of excellence and analytical rigor required to manage complex, high-performance environments. She applies these disciplines to streamline daily operations and hold teams accountable to world-class service standards. By leveraging her experience managing diverse teams and large-scale workflows, she ensures that Benchmark’s proprietary M&A processes are executed with the precision and agility our clients expect.
