Due to continued growth in the Nordics, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven sales professional to expand our presence nationwide in Denmark.

The Role

As an Associate Director, you will engage directly with business owners exploring exit or growth strategies. Leveraging your commercial awareness and consultative sales approach, you will guide clients through their options and secure engagements for Benchmark International’s services.

You will meet prospective clients both in person and virtually to understand their objectives and demonstrate how Benchmark can support them.

Qualified leads and appointments are generated centrally by our Deal Origination team, allowing you to focus on relationship development and closing new business.


Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluating and assessing the saleability of client businesses
  • Presenting Benchmark International’s services and value proposition
  • Advising clients on exit and growth strategies
  • Securing signed client engagements
  • Negotiating commercial terms and engagement fees
  • Managing client onboarding and documentation
  • Preparing engagement packages for the Deal Transaction team


Candidate Profile

We are looking for a proactive, commercially focused sales professional with a strong drive to succeed in a performance-oriented environment.

Relevant Backgrounds Include:

  • Commercial or residential property
  • Financial services
  • Business brokerage
  • Consultative B2B sales

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and numerical confidence
  • Professional and credible presentation style
  • Highly self-motivated and organised
