Founded in 1980, biocheck specializes in hygiene technology, including developing and analyzing customized indicators used in quality control for cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization. The company also provides microbiological water testing and environmental workplace analyses, supporting critical quality and safety standards across the healthcare sector.

The acquisition strengthens viridiusLAB’s laboratory services portfolio and supports its strategy of expanding its technological capabilities and geographic presence across Europe.

Acquisition of Arocam, Inc. by Innova Capital
