Benchmark International has successfully advised on the acquisition of Hertfordshire-based CRS Electronics to Chemigraphic, one of the UK's largest product support and system integration businesses, in a deal for an undisclosed sum.
With over 40 years’ experience in the contract electronic manufacturing sector, CRS Electronics manufactures specialist equipment with applications ranging from maritime communication systems and marine electronics to control systems for rail transport and LED lighting.
Founder, Colin Souter, who retained an active role post-completion, said: "This is the right combination at the right time in CRS journey. Chemigraphic is a quality business and I feel confident that my customers will have a good home."
