Benchmark International Ranks High In Mergermarket Global M&A Financial Advisory Rankings

Mergermarket has released their global financial advisor rankings for the first half of 2023 and Benchmark International ranked prominently in several prestigious categories.

Benchmark International ranked 18^th in the global financial advisor rankings by deal count, up from 41^st in 1H22, to rank ahead of Citi.

We ranked 5^th in the UK (EMEA) by deal count. That is a significant surge from 23^rd in 1H22, to now rank ahead of KPMG, Goldman Sachs, and Deloitte. Benchmark was only one of three firms out of 20 that did not see a drop in deal count for the period.

Benchmark International also ranked 4^th by deal count in Ireland (EMEA), to rank ahead of KPMG, Goldman Sachs, and Grant Thornton.

We also ranked 18^th by deal count in the US (Americas), up from 39^th, and 9^th by deal count in the US Mid West (Americas), up from 34^th.

The rankings are based on the geography of the target, bidder or seller, and exclude lapsed and withdrawn bids. The rankings are correct as of 9:30 (GMT) Jul 3, 2023 with a cut-off date of June 30, 2023.
