Benchmark International is proud to announce the successful facilitation of F&O Industrials (Pty) Ltd’s acquisition of Apex Auto Shield (Pty) Ltd. The transaction strengthens F&O Industrials’ position in the industrial and specialised distribution sectors and supports the group’s long term growth strategy.

F&O Industrials (Pty) Ltd is an operational investment holding company with active interests in industrial manufacturing, electronics development and specialised B2B distribution.
