Benchmark International facilitated the sale of Bold Staffing Solutions, LLC located in Dallas, Texas. They were acquired by the Dallas Lighthouse for the Blind a Dallas, Texas-based Non-Profit Organization.
Bold Staffing Solutions, LLC founded by Jeremiah McClure and Herb Pratt in 2012, provides sales and customer service call center outsourcing solutions. The company focuses on sales for hire through direct outbound call center solutions. The Dallas Lighthouse for the Blind has a focus on creating jobs and promoting the quality of life and independence for the people who are blind and visually impaired in North Texas.
Benchmark International added value negotiating, on the seller’s behalf, the most aggressive terms allowing the seller to continue profiting after the sale of the business. The Benchmark team focused on creating the highest quality database for potential buyers by geographically scouting the market. In addition, Benchmark International took an aggressive marketing approach to uncover a buyer that was willing to meet the clients expectations for the sale of the business. Dallas Lighthouse for the Blind was a good cultural fit for Bold Staffing Solutions, LLC bringing in a talented group of individuals open to helping the local community and keeping existing management in place.
